Since I am a Philosophy and Religion major I was thinking of going with a religious theme for my project where I would photograph different churches with there unique architecture and stained glass. I took these photos in New York. One is the altar at St. Patricks Cathedral and the other is of a stained glass window in the same Cathedral
. What do you think?

    An excellent Idea... I just came back from 2 weeks in France where I photographed church interiors. I am fascinated by Gothic architecture. especially interior spaces.

    Move in close and fill the frame with abstract shapes you find in the interior and exterior of the building. Don't show the whole scene...
