Hoping to go back and be able to take this picture when it is a little more ripe. I think that the red color against the green leaf would look nice
With this shot I liked that you can see the hair on the stem sticking out. Tried to get in close enough so that detail on the stem could be seen in the picture
There wasn't much color other than green going on so I saw this rotten tomato in the soil so I figured that I should use it

DeleteAfter that macro assignment last mod I started trying to get as close to the detail as possible. After struggling with macro and then understanding what I was doing wrong it turned out to be my favorite assignment.
Also, I was wondering if it would be ok to use cut fruit and vegetables on my project as well??
Cut fruit sounds like a good experiment...also could be good to try putting thin slices of citrus on glass or a clear baking dish and putting a light underneath... as always, get in close!
